Naval Special Warfare Group 4 or NWSG4 is a division of the Navy tasked with organizing, equipping and training crews in the Naval Special Warfare. Or, in the words of the guest in this podcast, the group is responsible for getting boats in the water for the Navy Seals. Eric A. Miller was the Logistics Officer at NSWG4 when the group undertook a process improvement and automation project to improve the acquisition of equipment in a bid to get Seals "their stuff" faster. The project recently won PEX Network’s Best BPM Project at the PEX Week conference in Orlando Florida.
