Last week in Orlando IQPC announced the winners of for its Process Excellence Awards – honoring individuals and businesses that have delivered outstanding results in some aspect of their process improvement initiatives. Ingo Lieser, Global Lean Director at the company, describes how the company's "Dishwash Process Change 2010" project generated ten of millions of dollars in savings, reduced energy consumption by 50% and water consumption by 75%.
